Ive been looking a long time for rich tasting Tahini and found it with this double roasted fresh Fethiye Tahini. I have no interest in all other tahinis I have tried because they are all bitter. There was a good fire roasted brand I purchased years ago that is no longer available. I'm happy there is a good one now available to me. Now I can make hummus again.
